With over 20 years in corporate change management, process improvement, and leadership development, he worked alongside CEOs and executive teams to strengthen business structures, streamline operations, and foster leadership excellence. But throughout his career, he saw firsthand how many workplaces were not designed to support neurodivergent talent—and that needed to change.

This isn’t just a professional mission; it’s a personal one. Dan’s entire family is neurodivergent, and together, they’ve embraced a lifestyle built around different ways of thinking, learning, and problem-solving. He and his wife homeschool their children, ensuring their education is tailored to their strengths rather than forcing them into systems that weren’t built for them. His wife, a specialist in child development and neurodivergent care, has dedicated her career to creating supportive environments where individuals can thrive.

Beyond running NDIS, Dan is deeply involved in nonprofit work, advocacy, and community initiatives that promote neurodivergent inclusion, workplace accessibility, and disability rights. He also helps organize statewide initiatives, bringing together professionals, families, and communities to turn awareness into action.
